No, you do not need a boat license to rent a jet ski from our business. However, we do require that all renters are at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued photo ID.

Yes, before you head out on the water, we provide a thorough safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the equipment. Our experienced staff will go over everything you need to know, including safety guidelines, how to operate the jet ski and what to do in case of an emergency. We want to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water, so please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have during the briefing.

 

Yes, a deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the equipment is returned undamaged.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we offer a no-cost cancellation policy for all rentals cancelled within 48 hours of the rental start time. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other renters. If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental start time, we will refund your deposit in full. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time.

No, you do not need to bring your own life vest. We provide all renters with a life vest, which is required by law, and any other essential equipment required by local regulations. However, if you have a personal life vest that you prefer to use, you are welcome to bring it with you. Our staff will ensure that it meets all necessary safety requirements before you head out on the water.

No, it is strictly prohibited to consume alcohol while using our equipment. Safety is our top priority, and anyone found consuming alcohol while using our equipment will be asked to return to shore immediately and may be subject to penalties.
